TickStart Privacy Policy

TickStart is a product of Praexis, Inc DBA Squeejee (“Squeejee”). Squeejee is committed to protect the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect and how we may use it.

  1. When you register with TickStart, we need to ask for information such as your name, company name, email address. We may also need your billing address and credit card information if you have chosen a paid account.
  2. Squeejee uses the collected information for the following general purposes: to process and fulfill your order, billing, service improvement, and research.
  3. Squeejee will not make any of the collected information available to anyone. We will never sell, rent, exchange or share your personal information with any third-parties.
  4. Squeejee will need to share the collected information in order to respond to investigation, court orders, legal process, or to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of TickStart’s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

  6. Squeejee will send a welcoming email to verify your new account. We will only email account holders for billing purposes. We will occasionally send out strictly TickStart service related announcements.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive. TickStart may set and access TickStart cookies on your computer, cookies are required to use the TickStart service.
